  I just wonder why we had to pay for the in room safe;
  the lift doors and water pot are extremely dirty!!!!!! i didn't even waste any time ...

  I just wonder why we had to pay for the in room safe;
  the lift doors and water pot are extremely dirty!!!!!! I didn't even waste any time on washing the pot by myself.
  the manner of the telephone operator was so BAD!!!!
  when my spouse tried to call me overseas, the operator directed her to the wrong room even though she had told the operator my room number clearly.
  I will neve stay in this hotel again.
